We ship via Colissimo (standard) and Chronopost (express) depending on the size and destination. You choose your delivery method at checkout.

Shipping costs depend on weight and destination. Consult your cart summary for details of the charges applicable to your order.

Your order is prepared within 1 to 2 business days, then shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package is picked up by the carrier.

Sometimes the carrier scans the package before actual delivery. Wait 24 hours and check with your neighbors or the nearest relay point. If the problem persists, contact us with your order number.

Once the order has been shipped, any changes must be made directly with the carrier using the tracking link received by email. Before shipment, please contact us quickly using this form.

A follow-up email is sent to you automatically upon shipment. You can also check the status of your order from your customer account on our store.

Any modification (item, quantity, address) must be requested before dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible. After this time, we can no longer make changes to the order.

When paying, a "Discount Code" field is available in your cart summary. Enter your code and click "Apply" to see the discount applied.

Your invoice is available in your customer area, under the "My orders" section. You can download it in PDF format at any time.

Check that the code is correctly entered (with no spaces before or after), that it has not expired, and that it applies to the items in your basket. If the problem persists, please contact us.

Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and photos of the damaged package. We will handle your claim as a priority.

After each order, you will receive an invitation to leave a review. Your feedback helps us improve our products and is valuable to the community. All reviews, positive and negative, are published without modification.

You have 14 days after receipt to return an item in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless we made an error. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after receipt and verification of the package.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, contact us and we will find a suitable solution: exchange, store credit or full refund — no unnecessary questions asked.
